Celia Delahalle

Celia Delahalle is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in marketing and business management within the beauty and cosmetics industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer for Yves Rocher Italia & Portugal at Groupe Rocher since January 2020, Celia has successfully led initiatives to optimize marketing resources and enhance brand margins while managing a team of 50. Previously, as Marketing and Communication Director for Yves Rocher Italia from 2007 to 2019, Celia oversaw significant growth, increasing sales fivefold and establishing e-commerce for social selling. Celia's career also includes roles at Yves Rocher México and earlier positions as Audit Junior at KPMG and Marketing and Finance Assistant at Galaxy Desserts. Celia holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a double master's degree in International Marketing and Finance from ESC Rouen.
