Lena Henry

Lena Henry currently serves as SVP Global Customer Experience & Commercial Transformation at Schneider Electric and previously held the position of SVP Global Distribution & E-commerce. Concurrently, Lena is a board member and chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Groupe Rocher and a supervisory board member at Rocher Participations. From March 2022 to June 2023, Lena was the EMEA Consumer Service and UK&I Managing Director at Whirlpool Corporation, and prior to that, held various leadership roles at EssilorLuxottica, including Managing Director Essilor France and Global E-commerce President. Lena commenced a career at McKinsey & Company, where expertise encompassed strategy and operational advising for the consumer and retail sectors. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and master’s degrees in engineering from CentraleSupélec and the University of California, Berkeley.
