Jorge Andrés Hübner

Jorge Andrés Hübner currently serves as the Director Legal at Laboratorio Chile | Teva since April 2022 and holds teaching positions in Sanitary Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad Diego Portales. Prior experience includes leading the Legal Division at the Ministerio de Salud de Chile from March 2018 to March 2022, and holding legal counsel roles at the ministry from 2011 to 2014. Jorge also gained international experience as a foreign lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and at the DIS German Institution of Arbitration in 2017. Jorge Andrés Hübner holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an LLM from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
