Sergi Valls

Sergi Valls is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in operations and project management. Currently serving as IT Director and CIO at HIPRA since May 2015, Sergi leads a multidisciplinary team focused on key operational areas including logistics, quality, supply chain, and production. Prior to this role, Sergi was an IT Project Leader responsible for overseeing IT projects primarily within operations, as well as engaging in R&D and demand planning initiatives. From September 2009 to May 2015, Sergi held the position of IT Manager at Alzamora Group, where management of IT projects and the migration from AS400 to SAP ERP were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a role in the IT Department at CECAM, focusing on technical support and maintenance. Sergi holds a Technical Engineering degree in Management Computer Science from Universitat de Girona and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
