Cassie Lee

Cassie Lee has been working in the field of training since 2021, when they began their role as Director of Training at LaborEdge. Prior to this, they held various roles at LiquidAgents Healthcare from 2016 to 2021, including Talent Development Manager (Training Manager), Senior Talent Advisor, Lead Talent Advisor, and Talent Advisor. From 2014 to 2016, Cassie worked at Stephen F. Austin State University, where they held the roles of SFA Athletics Media Relations Intern and Financial Aid Representative. As SFA Athletics Media Relations Intern, they assisted full-time staff with all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the department, prepared and edited organizational publications for internal and external audiences using InDesign, and managed multiple SFA sports' team Twitter handles during games. As Financial Aid Representative, they provided assistance answering phone calls, routing incoming calls, taking messages, greeting visitors, and directing visitors to appropriate staff member, answered an average of 100+ inbound calls a day during peak times, and provided information to students, parents, university staff, and others on the Financial Aid processes and awards, via the front desk, telephone, and email.

Cassie Lee attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
