Paul Benavides has over 20 years of work experience in the IT and consulting industry. Paul began their career in 1998 as an IT Consultant at Inca Computer Company. In 1999, they became Manager of Provider Systems at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. In 2001, they held two positions, Project Manager at RapportNet and Consultant at Ciber. From 2003 to 2005, they were a Project Manager at Flagstar Bank. Paul then worked as an Independent Consultant from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2016, they were a Program Management Consultant and Consultant/Project Manager at Data Consulting Group. Paul then returned to LaborEdge in 2016 as Director of Operations, where they were responsible for developing operational processes and procedures, establishing a Data Analytics team, and establishing a Customer Experience team. Paul currently serves as Director of Partnerships & Integrations at LaborEdge, which they began in 2022.
Paul Benavides obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2002 and 2006. Paul also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, as well as an inactive Security Clearance: Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmentalized Information from the United States Department of Defense.
