Clayton Sinyai

Clayton Sinyai is an experienced professional currently serving as Research Manager at the Laborers-Employers Cooperation and Education Trust (LECET) since July 2023. Sinyai has held the position of Executive Director at the Catholic Labor Network since January 2012, leading efforts to support worker justice in collaboration with various labor organizations. Between June 2011 and January 2019, Sinyai was the Communications Research Manager at CPWR -- The Center for Construction Research and Training, focusing on safety and health in the construction industry. Additional roles include Communications Associate at the National Labor College and Director of Strategic Campaigns for the Amalgamated Transit Union. Earlier career experiences include project management with the Laborers' International Union of North America and teaching at Rutgers University. Sinyai holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Rutgers University and advanced degrees from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
