Emma Vaags

Emma Vaags has extensive experience in the social services sector, having worked as a Consulent inkomen, Consulent inkomen en participatie, and Consulent werk at Laborijn since January 2016. In this role, Emma conducts intake interviews, progress discussions regarding employment obligations, and prepares reports, decisions, and action plans in line with the Participatiewet. Prior to this, Emma served as a Kassamedewerkster at Van Neerbos Bouwmarkten from March 2008 to June 2016, and gained practical experience at the Gemeente Doetinchem's Werk en Inkomen department through a work placement from July to December 2015. Emma also completed a stage at Gemeente Aalten in the department of Society, focusing on special assistance applications and minimum regulation assessments. Emma holds a Bachelor of Laws in Sociaal-Juridische Dienstverlening from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2015, with additional educational experiences at MariënburgGroep in 2017 and 2020.
