Jeroen Spruit

Jeroen Spruit has extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various organizations, currently serving as Algemeen directeur at Laborijn since August 2017, with previous positions including Wnd. Algemeen directeur and Adjunct directeur. Prior to Laborijn, Jeroen held multiple managerial positions at Gemeente Almelo from January 2005 to July 2017, focusing on strategy, reintegration, and community participation. Jeroen’s career also includes experience as an Interim Manager at Yacht, serving diverse roles in both profit and non-profit sectors, and as an advisor at Gemeente Utrecht. Academically, Jeroen holds a Master’s degree in Public Management from the University of Twente and a degree from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
