Michael Nel

Michael Nel is an experienced professional with a diverse background in B-BBEE specialization, transformation leadership, and human resources consulting, currently serving as a B-BBEE Specialist and Transformation Team Leader at LabourNet since November 2017. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Claims Specialist at Pinnafrica Insurance Underwriting Managers from March 2016 to October 2017 and gained valuable experience as a Store Manager at 3@1 Franchise between 2012 and February 2016 while pursuing part-time work to understand the working world better. Michael's academic qualifications include a Management Development Programme in B-BBEE and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Witwatersrand, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Monash South Africa.
