Antzela Lepouri

Antzela Lepouri has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Antzela began their career as an intern at the Bank of Albania, where they gained knowledge of foreign exchange policy and participated in the administration of foreign reserves. Antzela then transitioned to the hospitality sector, working as a Business Operations Manager at Star Hotel, where they were responsible for budgeting, financial management, and ensuring high standards of service. Antzela later joined OSHEE - Operatori i Shpërndarjes së Energjisë Elektrike, where they initially worked as an intern analyzing financial data and assisting in budget planning. Antzela then became a Data Analyst, producing accurate inventory reports and monitoring supplier performance. Antzela then moved to Native, a property management company, where they served as a property operations specialist, working on maintaining brand standards and coordinating operational requirements. Their most recent role was at LABS, where they held multiple positions, starting as an Office Administrator and later transitioning to Deputy General Manager and eventually General Manager. Antzela's responsibilities at LABS included assisting with member move-ins and move-outs, improving operational costs and efficiencies, and supporting with debt collection.

Antzela Lepouri obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana. Antzela pursued further education and earned a Master of Science degree in Economics from the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies - Public University Pisa.
