Justin Downs

Justin Downs has extensive experience in leadership and operations across various industries. As a Chemical Operator at Lacamas Laboratories since February 2024, Justin also owns Downs Exterior Maintenance and More, established in July 2023. Previous roles include HVAC Manager at A&E Heating and Air, Inc. from January to June 2023, and HVAC Installation Manager and Heating Air Conditioning Technician at Clawson Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. from September 2020 to February 2023. Prior to that, Justin served as Assistant Store Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and Branch Manager at Jetro Restaurant Depot, showcasing strong management skills. A long tenure at Fred Meyer included the position of Store Director, responsible for comprehensive store operations and financial performance. Justin is a graduate of Sierra Nevada JCC and attended Greenville High School.
