Chad Rogerson

Chad Rogerson is an experienced change and communication leader currently serving as the Global Change & Communication Lead at LACE Partners, focusing on a global HR transformation programme for Hiscox. Chad has held significant roles including Director at Roch Consulting Limited, where services span various sectors; Global Change & Communication Lead at Linklaters, overseeing a global target operating model; and Change & Communication Director at Newton Europe, leading the People and Change practice. Previous experience includes a long tenure at Nationwide Building Society as Head of Communication and Change, and earlier roles at Chime Communications Limited and Credit Suisse. Chad holds an MA in Marketing & Advertising and a BSc in Ecology from the University of Leeds.
