Currently serving as an HR Transformation Senior Manager at LACE Partners and a Non Legal Member of the Employment Tribunal for the Ministry of Justice UK, Debbie operates as an Organisation Development Consultant at Mitchell Palmer Ltd, specializing in employee engagement and business change projects across Europe and South/Central America. Previous roles include Lead Consultant at h2h Ltd, Change & Communications Manager and Global Organisation Development & Effectiveness Manager at British American Tobacco, and HR Manager positions at Colt International and Matra Marconi Space. Debbie holds a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from Kingston University and a BA in Business Studies from Bournemouth University.
