Duncan Spencer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at LACE Partners since January 2025, Duncan previously held various senior roles at Alpha FMC from October 2005 to January 2025, including Chief Client Officer, Senior Partner, Global Commercial Officer, and Partner. Additionally, Duncan was Practice Lead at Omega Contracts between March 2011 and March 2014 and worked as a Manager at Accenture from February 2001 to October 2005. Duncan's educational background includes a degree in Managerial and Administrative Studies with a focus on Business Strategy, Change Management, and Innovation from Aston University, complemented by earlier education at Sevenoaks School.
