Dana Hendricks

Dana Hendricks is an experienced professional in client strategy and account management, currently serving as the Director of Client Strategy and Services at Bold Orange since October 2023. Previously, Dana held the role of Account Director at The Lacek Group from April 2019 and has also served in various capacities including Account Supervisor and Senior Account Executive at the same company. Experience includes significant contributions to strategic customer engagement initiatives for Starwood Preferred Guest and managing client relationships at The Nerdery. With a background in large group sales at HealthPartners, Dana has effectively overseen the management and growth of substantial government accounts. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business Management from the University of Wisconsin. Additionally, Dana has coaching experience as a volleyball coach at Hill-Murray School.
