Jared Sieben

Jared Sieben has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jared started their career as a Sales Associate at Eagle Lake Country Store in 2008 and worked there until 2009. In 2010, they interned as a Data Analyst at Nova-Tech Engineering, where they analyzed production times to improve efficiency and reduce costs. In 2011, they interned as an IT Consultant at the same company, where they installed and maintained hardware/software and logged systems and accounts. In 2012, Jared joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Compliance Specialist, where they reviewed loan documentation and ensured compliance with government regulations. In 2014, they became a Graduate Student at the University of Minnesota. In 2015, they interned as a Business Analytics Intern at Carlson Experiential Learning Program, where they performed customer demographic and segmentation analysis. In the same year, they also started working at The Lacek Group as a Marketing Analyst and eventually progressed to Senior Marketing Analyst, Senior Analyst of Data Intelligence, and Manager of Data Intelligence. In 2022, they became the Director of Data Intelligence at The Lacek Group.

Jared Sieben started their education at the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Statistics. Jared completed their undergraduate studies in 2012.

Later, in 2014, Jared enrolled at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management to earn a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics, which they completed in 2015.

Furthermore, Jared obtained a certification as a SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 from SAS in August 2015.
