Martha Ni Chuanaigh

Martha Ni Chuanaigh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting, operations management, and project management across various sectors, particularly in healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as the Director of Client Operations at Lachman Consultant Services since January 2023, Martha has also held a long-term position as a Management Consultant and Project Manager at People 2 Peak Consulting since November 2014, where expertise includes strategy development, service design, and clinical system transformation. Previous roles include Programme Manager for the Productive Operating Theatre Programme at RCSI, Operations Manager at Stryker, and Technical Services Engineer at Pfizer Australia, where skills in process improvement and compliance were honed.
