Marc G.

Marc G. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marc co-founded Site2 in 2008 and served as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2021, they joined Lackawanna College as the Executive Director of the Center for Technology Innovation and Cyber Security Program Director. Prior to that, Marc held the position of Vice President, Availability Services at Diversified Information Technologies from 2006 to 2008. Marc also co-founded and served as the President of United Data Management Services, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. Marc's earlier experience includes roles such as Security and Compliance Manager at Prudential Financial from 1999 to 2006, Systems Manager at MetLife in 1998, Project Manager at IBM Global Services from 1997 to 1998, and Project Manager/Systems Analyst at Prudential Financial from 1992 to 1997.

Marc G. has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Scranton. Marc also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from the same university. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in May 2018, Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP) from DRI International in 2009, and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in January 2006.
