Melissa Searle has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Melissa began their career in 2010 at Pro Pool as a Lifeguard, where they worked until 2013. From 2010 to 2016, they also held managerial positions at Park Place Seniors Living, Inc. In 2014, Melissa worked as a Building Operations Supervisor at Missouri S&T Human Resources before transitioning to Laclede Chain Manufacturing Company LLC in 2016. At Laclede Chain, they initially served as a Mechanical Engineer and later became the Director of Research and Product Development. Melissa's most recent role is an Advisory Board Member at Design Thinking at Missouri State University, which they took on in 2021.
Melissa Searle obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, attending from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Dare to Lead Training from Dare to Lead™ Trained in February 2020.
