Bryon Lambert has extensive work experience in various roles related to equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as health equity advisement. Bryon currently holds the position of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Director at La Clinica and previously served as the Director of Equity and Inclusion at The Cross Cultural Health Care Program. In addition, Bryon has experience in patient experience management, call center coordination, and site coordination at La Clinica. Bryon also worked as an Audio Book Editor at BeeAudio, a freelancer at Upwork, and held roles in program direction and operation management at Jefferson Public Radio and WUIS/WIPA Public Radio. Bryon's early work experience includes a position as a Student Technician/Board Operator at the SSU Television Office.
Bryon Lambert obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Illinois Springfield, during the years 1991 to 1993. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as undoing racism, cultural competency in health and human service, innovation lab, justice and equity in policy and practice, developing equity leadership, SO Health-E equity advocates training, and mental health first aid. The years of obtaining these certifications vary from 2012 to 2020.
