Esteban Lescano

Esteban Lescano is an expert in public policy and internet law, telecommunications, and audiovisual communication services. They currently serve as the Director at LACNIC and as a partner at Lescano & Etcheverry Abogados. Esteban also directs the Legal and Public Policy Commission at CABASE and teaches Information Law at the University of Buenos Aires. They previously held a teaching position at Universidad Austral and practiced law at Aguiar & Marsiglia. Esteban's education includes a law degree from Universidad Austral and a Master’s from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, along with an Executive MBA from IAE Business School.
