Caroline Guillaumin has extensive experience in brand management and marketing within the eyewear and luxury goods sectors. Currently serving as the Eyewear, Watches & Jewelry Director at Lacoste since August 2017, Caroline is responsible for developing and overseeing the business strategy for these product categories. Prior to this role, Caroline worked at Luxottica France from May 2009 to July 2017, where various positions included Business Manager for Eyewear & Watches and Brand Manager for Ray-Ban. In these roles, Caroline developed localized marketing strategies, managed budgets, and conducted business performance analyses. Earlier experience also includes brand management roles across multiple high-profile eyewear brands, as well as internships in communication agencies, culminating in a Master’s degree in Strategy and Management of Communication from SKEMA Business School in 2009.
