Nicolas Fauth

Nicolas Fauth is an experienced production director at Lacoste since November 2020, where responsibilities include industrial direction across knitting, dyeing, purchasing, procurement, and logistics, overseeing a team of 170 people. Prior to this, Nicolas held positions at Faurecia from October 2017 to November 2020 as a production supervisor, managing an automated production line and overseeing 15-35 personnel, focusing on efficiency and resource management. Additional experience includes serving as a special adviser to the operational director at Dalkia and leading projects in various capacities such as team management for the Shell Eco Marathon Club and as president of the non-profit organization I-Resam. Nicolas holds an engineering degree in industrial, energetic, and mechanical engineering from Arts et Métiers, along with a Master’s in General Management from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management, and various certifications in management and law.
