Carmel Clark possesses extensive experience in managerial roles within the customer service and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Sample Manufacturing Manager at Lacrosse Footwear since January 2016 and previously holding positions such as Project Manager and Service Operations Manager since December 2008. A subject matter expert in customer service and returns, Carmel has been instrumental in implementing AX Dynamics 2012, developing training programs, and enhancing operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Prior experience includes managing a customer service team at Salomon, achieving significant improvements in call volume management and employee promotions, and financial analysis roles focused on risk mitigation and collections. Carmel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications and Finance from Portland State University.
