Melanie Andrews is a seasoned UX Design Manager at Danner Boots since April 2021, where responsibilities include leading and mentoring a UX team, collaborating with cross-functional departments, managing strategic planning workshops, and conducting comprehensive UX research for various initiatives. Prior to their current role, Melanie served as a Senior UX Designer at Nike, focusing on developing workshops and ensuring high-quality design across Enterprise Platforms. Melanie's career also includes a role as Art Director at Hanna Andersson, where leadership and creative direction for digital assets were key, and extensive academic experience as Director of Fashion Programs and faculty at The Art Institute of Portland. With an MFA in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design from the University of Cincinnati, Melanie combines creative expertise with strong leadership skills in the UX and design fields.
