Joel Kallas has extensive experience in lacrosse coaching and sales management. Since January 2016, Kallas has served as both Head Lacrosse Coach and Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Chapman University, where responsibilities include game plan development and goalie training. As Team Sales Manager at Lacrosse Unlimited since September 2014, Kallas has achieved $4 million in total sales revenue, maintained a 95% customer retention rate, and effectively managed a large client base. Kallas also functions as President of Newport Beach Lacrosse Club, supporting post-collegiate lacrosse players. Previous coaching roles include Defensive Coordinator at Beckman High School and Head Coach for Capo Valley Boy's Varsity Lacrosse. Kallas holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Chapman University, completed in 2007.
