Anthony Nalinda Fernando is an experienced professional with a robust background in operational efficiencies and manufacturing leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of Operational Efficiencies Improvement at Lactalis Canada since June 2019, Anthony has demonstrated a strong track record in production management, achieving notable results at Belden Inc. as the Production/Manufacturing Manager, where the highest-ever production dollars were recorded in 2018. With previous roles at Mondelēz International, Nestlé Professional, and Unilever, Anthony has effectively implemented Lean Six Sigma methodologies, TPM initiatives, and continuous improvement strategies, resulting in significant operational enhancements and certifications across various facilities. Anthony holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Management from the University of Colombo.
