Bruce Shurtleff has over 30 years of work experience in various roles in the manufacturing industry. Bruce is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Lactalis Canada since January 2020. Bruce Shurtleff obtained their Bachelor of Engineering in Material Engineering from Queen's University in the years 1985 to 1989. Bruce later pursued a certificate in Food Science from the University of Guelph from 2006 to 2008. Lastly, Bruce earned an Executive MBA degree in Business from Athabasca University between 2014 and 2016. Additionally, they hold a certification in Food Science from the University of Guelph.
