Jude Leke

Jude Leke is a seasoned professional in supply chain quality and food safety, currently serving as the Supply Chain Quality and Food Safety Manager at Lactalis Canada since January 2023. Jude has previously held key roles in quality management and continuous improvement at Acorn Packaging Inc. and as a Packaging Specialist at Waterloo Brewing. With extensive experience at Molson Coors Beverage Company, Jude managed daily operations in the Quality lab, supported brewing quality assurance, and supervised quality analysts and packaging teams. Jude's career began at Agro-Hub as a Quality Assurance Technician and included an internship at Groupe SABC focusing on process automation. Jude's educational background includes a Diploma in Brewing Technology, a post-graduate diploma in Food Safety, a Master of Engineering in Agro-Food Processing, and a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology.
