Lauren Giroux

Lauren Giroux is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management and talent development. Currently serving as HR Manager, Corporate at Lactalis Canada since April 2023, Lauren has previously held various roles at Mondelēz International, including Talent Lead Canada and Human Resources Manager, from January 2020 to March 2023. Prior experience includes positions at Ontario Power Generation, Teva Canada, and Extendicare Health Services, Inc. Lauren began the HR career as an intern at Samuel, Son & Co. and has developed a solid foundation in human resources since completing an Honors degree in Life Sciences at McMaster University and furthering education at Mohawk College.
