Luca currently holds the position of Director, Finance Shared Services at Lactalis Canada, where they are responsible for implementing business processes and supporting the Executive Team. Prior to this, they worked at Parmalat Canada as the Director, Business Integration Projects, contributing significantly to the recovery of CAD 5m and the seamless integration of acquired businesses. Luca also served as the North America Zone Audit Director at Parmalat Canada. Before joining Parmalat, Luca worked at Autogrill as a part of the Corporate Internal Audit & Compliance team. Luca has also held positions at E.ON Italia S.p.A. as a Senior Internal Auditor, Saipem as a Corporate Internal Auditor, and Pfizer as a General Ledger Analyst. Luca holds the certifications of Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).
Luca Boni, PMP, CIA, CRMA obtained a Laurea degree in Business Management from Università di Trento from 2000 to 2005. Later, from 2005 to 2008, Luca completed a Laurea Specialistica in Management and Business Consulting from the same university. In terms of certifications, Luca obtained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification in 2015 from AIIA - Associazione Italiana Internal Auditors, the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) in 2017 from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2020.
