Roopa Shah

Roopa Shah has extensive experience in corporate communications, with a focus on both internal and external communications strategies. Roopa currently serves as the Director of Corporate Communications at Lactalis Canada, a multinational dairy company. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Employee Experience & Internal Communications at MLSE, where they led internal communications and implemented programs to enhance the employee experience. Roopa also has experience as a principal at Silver Spark Communications, providing strategic counsel and execution for various communications initiatives. Additionally, they held roles at TELETOON Canada Inc., Astral Media, Alliance Atlantis Broadcasting, and the Ontario Science Centre, where they gained valuable experience in media relations, communications management, and public relations.

Roopa Shah has an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography - Environment & Resources Management from Western University. Roopa also completed a Corporate Communications Post-Graduate Certificate Program in Public Relations at Seneca Polytechnic. Moreover, Roopa completed their high school education at The Bishop Strachan School, earning diplomas and certificates in the field of High School/Secondary education.
