Tom Szostok has extensive work experience in the sales field. Tom is currently the Senior Vice President, Sales at Lactalis Canada since 2023. Prior to that, they held various senior positions at Sabra Dipping Company, including Executive Vice President, Sales North America from 2021 to 2023 and General Manager, Canada from 2020 to 2021. Before joining Sabra, Tom worked at Campbell Soup Company as Vice President, Retail Sales from 2015 to 2019, and at McCain Foods (Canada) as Vice President, Retail and Foodservice Sales from 2007 to 2015. Tom started their career at General Mills Canada as Director, Sales and later became Director, Category Management, where they worked from 1996 to 2007. Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and the ability to drive sales growth.
Tom Szostok completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management at the University of Western Ontario from 1990 to 1993. Tom then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Accounting and Finance at York University – Schulich School of Business from 1994 to 1995.
