Lad Lake
Kristin Butler's work experience begins in 2009 when they worked as a Job Training Specialist for the City of Milwaukee until 2012. Kristin then joined Country Springs Hotel as a Human Resource Manager/Benefits Coordinator from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, Kristin became a Human Resources Director at HCR ManorCare until 2016. Kristin is currently working as a Senior Human Resource Generalist at Lad Lake since 2016.
Kristin Butler's education history begins in 2000 when they completed their high school education at Kettle Moriane High School and obtained their diploma. Following that, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2004 to 2017, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.A.) degree. Their field of study during their university years was Human Resources Management.
Lad Lake
At Lad Lake, 95% of the youth in their care come from a family in crisis unable to support them as they wish; and most suffer from a post-traumatic stress disorder and serious anxiety disorders. Here in the community, Lad Lake is the emergency room of the child welfare system.
