Shelby Daft has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. At Lad Lake, 95% of the youth in their care come from a family in crisis unable to support them as they wish; and most suffer from a post-traumatic stress disorder and serious anxiety disorders. Here in the community, Lad Lake is the emergency room of the child welfare system.
