Andrea Sarup

Andrea Sarup has extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the socio-economic sector. Since September 2013, Andrea has served as Directrice Régionale and Directrice des Activités at LADAPT Ouest, overseeing project management, human resources, financial management, and administrative operations while ensuring quality in line with the organization's values. Andrea has also contributed to territorial development through initiatives aimed at enhancing medical-social activities and employer services. Prior to LADAPT, Andrea held the position of Responsable de Structure and Adjointe de Direction at ADIPH35, focusing on operational implementation and partner relations. Starting a career in management, Andrea worked as Adjointe de Direction at Pûhler, facilitating communication between French and German operations. Andrea's educational background includes a Master in Management and a degree in Adult Education.
