Guilaine Poinsot

Guilaine Poinsot serves as the Directrice du Pôle Inclusions at LADAPT since June 2019, overseeing the management of 20 inclusion-focused initiatives and leading a team of 188 professionals. Responsibilities include fostering collaboration among programs, contributing to regional strategic planning, negotiating funding agreements, and representing LADAPT in various political and technical forums. Previously, Guilaine held the roles of Directrice Adjointe and Directrice at CEGEFOP from December 2010 to May 2018, where strategic decision-making and budget management were key focuses. Early career experiences included a position as Responsable Développement, managing service offerings, budgeting, and multi-site team management. Guilaine's educational background includes advanced studies in social policy management and project management, along with a Master's in Psychology from the Université de Poitiers, providing a strong foundation for expertise in the sector.
