Jaouad Henoun

Jaouad HENOUN has a strong background in management and social services, currently serving as Directeur du Pôle Travail accompagné at LADAPT since October 2021. Previously, Jaouad held the position of Directeur adjoint ESAT et Entreprise adaptée at LADAPT Normandie from November 2020 to November 2021. From June 2017 to November 2020, Jaouad was Responsable du Dispositif de Réussite Éducative at the CENTRE COMMUNAL D'ACTION SOCIALE, overseeing budget and administration, leading a medico-social team, and coordinating educational success initiatives. Prior experiences include managing youth information services at the Ville de Bondy and working as Chargé de projet accompagnement socio professionnel at MISSION LOCALE VERNON SEINE VEXIN. Jaouad holds a CAFDES from EHESP and degrees in Psychology of Change and Social Administration from the Université de Rouen.
