Mark Alexander

Mark Alexander is the current Director at Ladder Capital. Prior to this, they were a Board Member at iCreditWorks from January 2019 to September 2022. Mark was also the Executive Advisor at Broadridge from June 2018 to June 2019.

From October 2016 to January 2019, Mark was an Executive Advisor at Aquiline Capital Partners, focusing on FinTech and Investment Management and Markets sectors. Mark was also a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company from October 2016 to January 2019, where they advised the Banking, Capital Markets and Wealth Management practices on technology and operations.

Prior to their advisory roles, Mark was the Chief Information Officer and Head of Technology and Operations at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from January 2009 to July 2015. Mark was also the Managing Director and Head of Global Operations at Merrill Lynch from July 1991 to December 2008.

Mark Alexander has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NYU Stern School of Business in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Hofstra University in Accounting. Mark also has certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in various FINRA Licenses (Series 7, 24, 99), from New York State in Certified Public Accountant (Inactive), and from FINRA in Expired FINRA Licenses (Series 27, 63).
