Pamela McCormack

Pamela McCormack is the current Founder and President of Ladder Capital. Pamela has also served on the Board of Directors for Ladder Capital Corp. In the past, Pamela has also worked with the Advisory Board for the Mattone Family Institute for Real Estate Law at St. John's University School of Law. Pamela has also worked as an Executive Director-Head of Transaction Management for UBS Securities LLC and Dillon Read Capital Management LLC. In this role, they supervised a team responsible for the structuring and negotiation of all real estate transactions from application to closing. This included fixed and floating rate (balance sheet) financings, mezzanine financings, joint ventures, equity and preferred equity investments, loan and asset acquisitions and dispositions, commercial mortgage-backed securitizations, restructurings and foreclosures for all asset types. Pamela has also worked as a Vice President & Counsel for Credit Suisse and as an Associate-Real Estate for Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP.

Pamela McCormack has a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and a B.A. in English from Stony Brook University.

Pamela McCormack reports to Brian Harris, CEO. They work with Matthew Fitzgerald - Treasurer, David Traitel - Head of Legal Structuring, and Michelle Wallach - Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Regulatory Counsel.
