Judith Navarro is the lead strategist and ex-ops at Ladder. Judith has over two years of experience in marketing and growth strategies. Judith has worked with international brands such as Time Out, Credit Suisse, and Criteo. Judith is also experienced in building automated dashboards and reporting tools. In their previous role as a growth marketing specialist, they were able to scale a luxury e-commerce account from $5K to $60K in media spend in just six months.
Judith Navarro graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with Marketing from the University of Surrey. Judith also has a certification from HubSpot Academy in Inbound Marketing. Prior to that, they attended American School of Barcelona where they completed the International Baccalaureate.
Their manager is Andrew Robertson, Head of Digital Strategy.
