Mica Amore is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading teams and managing projects within top organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Ladder.io since June 2022, Mica previously held various roles at Accenture from January 2017 to July 2022, including Commercial Project Manager for the EMEA Region and Senior Client Project & Program Manager for the USA, where responsibilities included establishing and scaling best practices in project management. Mica's earlier career included roles at OpenWindow English Institute as an English Teacher, preparing students for renowned exams. Mica holds a Bachelor’s in Commercial & Legal Language Translation from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and has completed postgraduate studies in Business Management and Professional Investor training in Capital Markets.
