Alexis K. Willis

Alexis K. Willis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in financial coaching, youth programs, and custom design. Currently serving as a Save Up Coach and Financial Capability Manager at Ladder Up Chicago since December 2017, Alexis engages clients in saving initiatives and educates on financial resources while managing a diverse team of volunteers. In addition, Alexis holds the position of Youth Program Specialist at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, demonstrating a commitment to empowering individuals and families. As a Custom Design Glassware Artist, Alexis creates personalized glassware for various occasions. Previous roles include Guest Retreats Host at Fox Valley Christian Action, Lead Cashier/Host/Trainer at Nando's PERi-PERi USA, and Program Assistant at Get In Chicago. Alexis holds a B.A. in Theatre from Columbia College Chicago and an Associate’s Degree from Elgin Community College.
