Christine Nelson has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Christine started their career as a Dietary Aide at The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, working from December 2007 to March 2009. Christine then worked as a Receptionist at M&M Tax Consultants from January 2011 to May 2013, where they managed front office operations and performed daily bookkeeping tasks. Following this, they joined Holiday Inn Express as a Guest Service Agent from June 2013 to August 2014, demonstrating proficiency in reservations, billing, and customer service.

In 2016, Christine served as a Speech and Debate Judge at the National Catholic Forensic League, evaluating contestants and applying critical thinking and communication skills. Moving forward, they joined San Jose State University in 2018 as a Research Team Lead, employing quantitative methods to analyze their internal websystem's effectiveness and leading the team to accomplish project goals.

In 2019, they joined CommUniverCity San José as a Communication Intern, working on large community projects, questionnaire development, and managing other interns. Christine also concurrently worked at Ladder, starting in June 2019 as a Customer Experience personnel, collaborating with cross-functional teams and handling customer support tickets. Christine eventually became the Customer Experience Lead from January 2022 to July 2022 before transitioning to their current role as the Learning and Development Lead, CX since July 2022.

Throughout their work experience, Christine has showcased skills in communication, problem-solving, data analysis, team leadership, and customer service.

Christine Nelson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies and a Minor in Philosophy from San Jose State University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Communication Studies, General, and another in Liberal Arts - Social and Behavioral Sciences from Cosumnes River College in 2016. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in April 2023, and as a Life-Only Agent from the California Department of Insurance, obtained in July 2019.
