Carolyn Reynolds

Carolyn Reynolds has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a Store Operations Manager at Walmart. Carolyn then joined ResCare Workforce Services in 2008, where they served as the Career Services Program and Project Manager. Reynolds successfully led the creation and management of on-site career centers, slashed transportation costs, and worked with local businesses to exceed performance goals. In 2012, they moved to Hamilton County Job and Family Services as the Regulatory Compliance and Continuous Improvement Manager, where they proposed and adopted business model changes, cut costs, and created a mentorship program. Reynolds returned to ResCare Workforce Services in 2016, starting as the Operations Manager and later being promoted to Program Site Director. During this time, they led day-to-day operations, managed budgets, and implemented process improvements. In 2018, Reynolds worked at Rivervalley Communities as the Senior Project and Program Manager, where they implemented Six Sigma lean process improvements and overhauled accounts payable procedures. Carolyn also worked at UC Health as a Senior Cash Reconciliation and Business Analyst, responsible for accounting and financial operations. Currently, Reynolds is the Chief Operating Officer at LADD Inc., overseeing overall operations and leading various departments.

Carolyn Reynolds has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Fairmont State University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1998. Carolyn then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Tiffin University, completing it from 2007 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Breakthrough Performance Group, LLC in April 2022 and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the same institution in January 2018. Carolyn also holds a National Career Readiness Certification - Silver, but the institution and the year of obtaining it are unspecified.
