Laura Grimes

Laura Grimes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, coaching, and volunteer leadership. Currently serving as the Supported Employment Program Manager at LADD Inc. since June 2016, Laura previously contributed to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America as a Steering Committee Member and Volunteer, where Laura leads the auction committee for the chapter's fall event. Laura's coaching experience includes working as a Job Coach at Great Oaks Career Campuses, assisting adults with disabilities in achieving full-time employment. Earlier roles include Managing Director at Town Media Inc./Pulse, where responsibility encompassed day-to-day operations of a weekly newspaper, and Advertising Services Manager at DOWNTOWNER NEWSPAPER, progressing through various positions from Sales Representative to Business Manager. With an education from Miami University, Laura has a solid foundation in advertising coordination from initial work at Business Courier.
