Susan Brownknight

Chief Executive Officer at LADD

Susan Brownknight has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations and roles. Susan most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at Living Arrangements for the Developmentally Disabled (LADD), a reputable housing and service provider for adults with developmental disabilities. Prior to that, they held the positions of Director of Fundraising and Public Relations, Managing Director of the ReelAbilities Film Festival at LADD.

Before joining LADD, Susan worked as the Director of Marketing and Development at Cincinnati Nature Center from 2008 to 2011. Susan also has experience with the Sierra Club, where they served as the National Field Director for Blue Green Alliance and Water Sentinel from 2001 to 2008. Susan also worked at the Greater Cincinnati Coalition for the Homeless as the Interim Director and Administrative Coordinator from 1998 to 2001.

Additionally, Susan gained political experience through their internships at the United States Senate working for Senator John Warner in 1996, and the United States Congress working for Congressman Tom Davis in 1995.

Susan Brownknight attended Xavier University from 1994 to 1998 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Spanish, and Latin American Studies. Susan then pursued further education at Xavier University - Williams College of Business from 2016 to 2017, earning an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their academic qualifications, Susan also completed the Executive Developmental Program: Advanced Curriculum for Administrators in Ohio's Developmental Disability Service Delivery System in February 2016, offered by the Ohio Association of County Boards of Developmental Disabilities.
