Murat Omur

Murat Omur is a seasoned professional in healthcare investment banking, currently serving as Managing Director at Ladenburg Thalmann since October 2024, specializing in biotech and life sciences advisory, including private and public capital raises and M&A. Prior experience includes leading healthcare investment banking efforts at Chardan from June 2019 to October 2024, focusing on next-generation biotech platforms, and a brief tenure as CEO of Monterey Innovation Acquisition Corp. (SPAC) from March to November 2023. Murat also contributed to major firms such as Nomura, Perella Weinberg Partners, Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan, and The World Bank in various investment banking and advisory roles.
