Menno Cirk

Menno Cirk has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Menno started their career as an Inside Sales Representative at PBMG B.V. in 2007. Menno then transitioned to become a Refuse Collector at GP Groot in 2005 and continued in that role until 2012. In 2012, they joined Competence Call Center as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided customer service and built relationships with clients and external service providers.

In 2013, Menno became a Case Manager at audibene GmbH, where they were responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and professional caretakers. Menno then joined XCSE Abramo GmbH as an Interim Team Lead in 2014, monitoring calls, providing quality assurance, and training new employees. Menno also had a stint at Home24 as an eCommerce Back Office Operations member, where they handled customer relations, escalations, and various back-office tasks. Menno took on additional responsibilities such as being an interim team leader when needed, assisting the HR department with recruiting, and acting as a contact person for German carrier and B2B sales operations.

In 2015, Menno worked as a Pre/Post Sales Consultant at internetstores, providing technical customer support for websites bikester.nl and campz.nl. Menno then joined BOOK A TIGER in 2016 as a Recruitment and Coordination Manager NL. In 2017, they joined Visual Meta GmbH as a Quality Manager, before moving on to become a Search Engine Optimization & Content Manager and eventually a Search Engine Optimization Manager.

Menno Cirk attended Pieter Calland Lyceum in Amsterdam from 1996 to 2001. Following this, they pursued Graphic Design at Mediacollege Amsterdam from 2001 to 2002. In 2008 and 2009, Menno Cirk attended Cannock Technical College in the UK, specializing in Access to Higher Education.
